Public offer

Momonga · Version of September 19, 2026

1. What this document is

This is an offer by ООО «IMPASTO» (“the venue”, “we”) to any visitor to the website momonga.uz (“the guest”, “you”) to enter into a contract on the terms below: to order them at your table in the venue, — through the website. This document is a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The contract is concluded in electronic form.

How you accept these terms. By pressing the button to place a table order, or by paying for an order online, you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full. No separate signature is required.

Orders and bookings may be placed by a person who is permitted to do so independently under the law of the venue’s country — as a rule, an adult; a minor may do so with their parents’ consent. Alcohol — only under the rules in section 6.

These terms apply only to orders and bookings made through the website. Service in the dining room that you order from a waiter is governed by the law and the venue’s rules; these terms apply to it to the extent that they expressly concern it (section 4).

The website runs on the POSse technical platform. POSse is not the seller or a party to the contract with you: it operates the website on our instructions. For all questions about an order, booking, payment or refund, please contact us.

The menu, prices, ingredients, portion weight or volume and availability of dishes are shown on the website as at the time the order is placed. Prices are in Uzbekistani Som (UZS); prices include VAT. The total is shown before you confirm the order.

We may change the menu and prices. A change does not affect an order you have already placed — except where a dish has run out: in that case we will offer a substitute or remove it from the order, and you do not pay for the removed dish.

Photographs of dishes are for illustration: presentation, tableware and garnish may differ. Weight and volume are as at the time of preparation, with the tolerances permitted by the preparation rules.

Allergens. We state information about allergens and ingredients in good faith, but different dishes are prepared in our kitchen, and traces of other foods cannot be ruled out. If you have an allergy or special dietary requirements, mention this in the order comment and check with us by telephone before placing the order. The preparation time shown in the menu is a guide, not a promise.

Some dishes and menu sections are available only at certain hours — this is shown in the menu. Outside those hours, such dishes cannot be ordered.

4. Ordering and paying at your table

By scanning the QR code on your table, you can send an order to the kitchen from the website. A table order is accepted in the same way as one placed with a waiter: it becomes part of your bill at the venue.

Depending on the venue’s settings, you pay for the order online immediately when placing it, or at the end of your visit — online via the bill link or to the waiter in the usual way.

If a table order cannot be fulfilled, the waiter will let you know; you do not pay for items that were not served.

5. Discounts and promotions

The terms of discounts — the amount, which dishes and channels they apply to, at what hours — are shown on the website. A discount is applied automatically if the order qualifies; the discounted total is visible before you confirm.

Discounts cannot be combined unless the website says otherwise. A discount cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end a promotion; orders placed before then receive the discount on the original terms.

6. Alcoholic drinks

Alcoholic drinks are sold only to persons aged 21 or over. We may ask for proof of age and refuse the sale without it.

At the table, alcohol is served in the dining room under the same rules as when ordering from a waiter.

7. Payment

Online payment takes place on the secure page of the payment service Multicard. You enter your card details on the payment service’s side; they do not reach us. The procedure for debiting, confirmation and any bank charges are determined by the rules of the payment service and your bank.

Money is debited in the venue’s currency (Uzbekistani Som (UZS)). If your card is in a different currency, the exchange rate and conversion fee are set by your bank.

A payment (fiscal) document is issued a fiscal receipt from an online or virtual cash register — in electronic form (a link or QR code on the payment page) or on paper when the order is handed over.

8. Cancellation, complaints and refunds

You cancel the order. Before we have started preparing the order, you can cancel it by calling us or writing to momonga@momonga.uz with the order number; the amount paid is refunded in full. Once preparation has started, cancellation is possible only with our agreement: the dishes are prepared for you and cannot be sold to another guest.

We cancel the order — if dishes have run out, the venue has closed or we cannot fulfil the order for another reason. In that case we will let you know and refund the full amount paid.

Complaints about quality or missing items. Check the order on collection and, if something is not right, tell a member of staff straight away or let us know the same day by telephone or email, attaching a photo. We will replace the dish, prepare what is missing or refund its price — at your choice, within the limits provided by law.

How refunds are made. Refunds for online payments are made by the same method, to the same card. We process the refund within 14 days after accepting it; the time for the money to reach your card depends on your bank and is usually up to 30 days.

Return and exchange of goods of adequate quality do not apply to food and ready-made dishes prepared to your order, to the extent set by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Consumer Protection”. This does not limit your rights where quality is inadequate.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the quality and safety of the dishes, and for fulfilling a confirmed order and booking in accordance with the law.

We are not responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control: natural disasters, power or communications outages, acts of public authorities, failures of payment services. In such cases we will let you know and refund payment for what we could not provide.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Personal data

What data we receive when you order and book, why, and how you can exercise control over it is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes and governing law

If something has gone wrong, write to us at momonga@momonga.uz or call +998 92 045 04 05. We will respond to a complaint within 10 days.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are heard by a court of the Republic of Uzbekistan; as a consumer, you may apply to the competent consumer protection authority.

12. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with the date at the top.

An order or booking is governed by the version in force at the time it was placed.
